Where this thinking comes from
Nine years in B2B sales across MENA. Four of them at Odoo, selling ERP to businesses in Saudi Arabia and later leading a team across 13 Emerging Markets countries. Before that, high-value equipment sales in Jordan where I closed a $400K deal as an individual contributor and ran sales events entirely on my own.

The ideas on this site are things I gathered, tested, and refined across hundreds of real deals. Some came from books. Most came from losing deals I thought I had won, and winning deals I thought I had lost.
